Return and Exchange Policy

What happens if I want to return my order?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 


Who pays for shipping?

Shipping charges from the original order are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges to us. All returns and/or exchanges must be received by STAMPED within 15 days of authorization of the return.

I’m missing an item or something is damaged.

We do our best to carefully package orders, but sometimes other events happen that can damage your items. Contact us. We will replace or refund your item. All claims of missing and/or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please keep your original box and packing materials for UPS or USPS to inspect for insurance purposes.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us for a return authorization for your item(s) before sending them back. To return merchandise please use a well-padded box. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.


When can I expect my refund?

Allow five business days for us to inspect your package and process a return. Once your return has been accepted, it can take another five business days for a credit to show to your original method of payment.

 


What else should I know about returns, exchanges and/or cancellations?

Custom orders or special orders are not returnable.
